This policy explains how refunds work for Nietzschat subscriptions and for Nietzschat Editions: individual editions and, where offered, the Complete Collection. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy LLC), our authorised payment provider, acting as Merchant of Record and seller of record. Refunds, where they apply, are issued through Lemon Squeezy to the payment method used at checkout.
You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase for the first payment of a new subscription, and for any purchase of a Nietzschat Edition, individual or the Complete Collection, even if you have already downloaded the files. We do not treat the start of a download as giving up this refund.
To ask, email contact@nietzschat.com within those 14 days from the email address you used at checkout, or tell us that address. The 14-day refund does not apply to renewal payments or to charges for changing plan.
Once we receive a valid request, we issue the refund through Lemon Squeezy without undue delay and in any case within 14 days. Your bank or card provider may take a few more days to show it. Lemon Squeezy may also grant refunds at its own discretion.
Apart from the 14-day refund and any refund the law requires, subscription payments, including renewals, are not refunded for change of mind, for unused time or for partial periods.
If a payment is refunded in full, access to the paid plan for that period ends when the refund is confirmed, unless the law requires that access continue. A refund does not prevent you from subscribing again.
Cancelling your subscription stops future charges; your access continues until the end of the current paid period.
Defective or undelivered files are replaced, or the purchase is refunded if we cannot replace them. An accidental duplicate purchase is refunded. Apart from these, the 14-day refund and any refund the law requires, edition purchases are not refunded.
A refund ends the licence to the refunded files (for the Complete Collection, all of its files), and you must delete your copies.
The 14-day refund is a voluntary policy. It is in addition to, and does not limit, any right to withdraw from a purchase or to a refund that consumer law gives you and that cannot be excluded by agreement. Where such rights apply, refunds will be issued to the extent required by law.
You can cancel at any time. Open Account → Billing and choose Manage subscription. That opens the Lemon Squeezy customer portal, where cancellation, payment-method changes and invoices all live.
No cancellation fee applies. After cancelling you will not be charged for future periods, and your plan remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Lemon Squeezy's Buyer Terms advise cancelling at least 48 hours before your renewal date, so that the cancellation is processed before the next payment is taken. If you are charged after cancelling, contact us. Until the paid period ends, you can undo a cancellation under Account → Billing with Resume subscription.
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Unresolved chargebacks may result in account suspension.
